Who Else Gets (Some of) Your Data?
We use trusted third-party providers to help deliver and improve Olo’s services:
• Infrastructure: Google Firebase (for secure data storage).
• Communications: Lu.ma (events), Beehiiv (email communication).
• Payments: Stripe and Shopify (billing and payment processing).
• Analytics: Mixpanel and Heap (user behavior analysis), RevenueCat (subscriptions) Sentry (bug tracking).
• AI: We use Anthropic and OpenAI services for advanced computational tasks, including but not limited to, artificial intelligence operations and language processing. All data processed through these services is anonymized, containing only the contents of journal entries without any user-identifying information.
These providers process data in compliance with applicable data protection laws. They are bound by contracts that restrict the use of your data to Olo-related purposes.
Data Retention
We only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy:
• Active Users: Personal data is retained while you actively use the Olo app.
• Inactive Accounts: Data is deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
