Olo is an application that enables you to self-reflect your mental and physical state and to experience immersive sound journeys, guided breathing and to interact with biofeedback signals. The personal data we process will be kept confidential. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for. As a main rule, we process your personal data as long as you use the Olo application and we will delete your personal data within 24 months of inactivity. Data needed for fulfilling legal obligations will be stored as long as the legal obligation persists.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or use your data for advertising. We may disclose your personal data to third parties in the following limited circumstances:

If you opt out, we may still send you non-promotional emails, such as those about your account or our ongoing business relations.

With your consent, we send promotional and other push notifications to your mobile device. You can deactivate these messages at any time by changing the notification settings on your mobile device.
